I have Excel 2007, Word 2007 and Internet Explorer 8 pined to the taskbar, and unlike Word 2007 or Internet Explorer 8 when I have multiple documents open Excel will not display any of my spread sheet thumbnails that are open when I place the mouse over the Excel icon.
